Introduction 2 September 2023
In this workshop you will learn how to make ink, different ways of using a brush and the way in which rice paper reacts to the use of ink and water.
Tsukimi 30 September 2023
Tsukimi means “moon” (tsuki) “viewing” (mi). This is a Japanese festival honoring the autumn moon (29 September 2023). It is a lovely subject in sumi-e.

The subject of this workshop is autumn, matching with the current season.
Dragon 18 November 2023 FULL
According to the oriental zodiac 2024 will be the Year of the Dragon. A nice opportunity to paint this magical creature in ink.
